FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and can be used for re-canalisation or passing through an occlusion in the blood vessel. A fastening mechanism generates friction forces in interaction with a core wire to couple the latter with a catheter. The catheters are provided with vibration generators. The vibration generators provide vibrations of a distal end of the catheter or an element of the distal end of the catheter. Axial vibrations are preferred.
EFFECT: structure enables applying a greater force to the core wire in re-canalisation.
