SUBSTANCE: pipe cross-section is made in the form of a hexagon with flat faces of turnkey size 257+2/-3 mm, curvature radius of faces along the outer surface r=20 mm, with the wall thickness S=6+2/-1 mm and the length L=4300+80/-30 mm. These faces are made with a deflection inside with the radius R = 982 mm, and the deflection value along the center of the faces δ= 2.0-2.5 mm and is determined from the expression where B is the turnkey size of the hexagonal pipe-billet along the flat faces, mm; S - the thickness of the hexagonal pipe-billet wall, mm; B1 - the turnkey size of the passing gauge, mm.
