FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for grinding soft materials. Disclosed is a disintegrator comprising a cylindrical housing with axial loading and tangential unloading devices, discs with rows of impact elements arranged in the housing with possibility of counter rotation, each of which is located between rows of impact elements of the opposite disc. In the center of the inner surface of the upper disc along the circumference, vertical posts are rigidly attached, the inner ends of which are on the same diameter with the diameter of the loading device, and lower ends are rigidly attached to accelerating cone with generatrix located at an angle greater than angle of natural slope of material, radial blades with minimum distance between adjacent radial blades are rigidly fixed on the outer surface of the accelerating cone symmetrically in the plan view. Spherical accumulators are rigidly fixed at ends of radial blades. Working surface of each radial blade coincides with the edge of the round inlet hole in the spherical accumulator. On outer surface of lower disc by means of vertical holders at height of spherical stores symmetrically in plan are rigidly fixed prismatic hammers, which side profile corresponds to profile of through vertical cuts with observance of process gap.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of the grinding process and efficiency of the finished product.
