FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: device (10) for detection of object (12) comprises a first light source (14a) and a second (14b) which emit the first (16a) and second (16b) light beams, the scanning element (20) and the detector (26). The device is arranged in such a way that the first and second light rays converge to the scanning element (20). The scan element is configured to move in a rotating or swinging plane and is designed to redirect the converging first and second light rays to the object to be detected. The detector (26) is designed to produce light (38) reflected from the object through the scanning element. The device is configured to emit the first and second light beams (16a, b) in a plane P perpendicular to the rotating or swinging plane of the scanning element.
EFFECT: elimination of unwanted reflections during detection, increase of reliability.
