FIELD: light guide device.
SUBSTANCE: invention generally relates to a light guide device for scanning light using a mirror having a plurality of reflective surfaces. The claimed light guide device includes a first light guide part, a polygonal mirror, a second light guide part, and a control part. The first part of the light guide reflects and directs the laser light emitted from the laser generator. The polygonal mirror has a reflective part (33) that reflects laser light guided by the first part of the light guide while the reflective part (33) rotates. The second part of the light guide reflects the laser light reflected by the reflective part (33) of the polygonal mirror, and directs the light so that it is emitted to the work piece, at each reflective part (33), respectively. The control part adjusts the position of the light incident on the polygonal mirror in the direction of the rotational axis, thereby changing the position of the incident light on the irradiation target in the line width direction. The irradiation target is irradiated with light while the position of the light changes in the direction of the line width.
EFFECT: creation of a light guide device capable of distributing the position of the irradiated area in the direction of the line width without moving the irradiated target.
