SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for regeneration of hard tissue such as cancellous bone and to a hard tissue regeneration kit. The hard tissue regeneration composition comprises: 10 to 45 wt. parts of a monomer (A) constituting a monomer based on (meth)acrylate; 54.9 to 80 wt. parts of a polymer powder (B) constituting a polymer powder based on (meth)acrylate containing 54 to 95% wt. of a polymer powder (b1) constituting a polymer powder based on (meth)acrylate with an average volume particle diameter of 27 to 80 mcm, wherein the specific surface area of each particle of the polymer powder (b1) is 0.05 to 0.5 m²/g, wherein the polymer powder (B) additionally comprises a polymer powder (b2) with a specific surface area of particles from 0.51 to 1.2 m²/g and/or a polymer powder (b3) with a specific surface area of particles from 1.5 to 4.5 m²/g; 0.1 to 10 wt. parts of a polymerisation initiator (C) wherein the sum of the components (A) to (C) is taken as 100 parts by weight; and 0 to 70 wt. parts of a contrast substance (X). The hard tissue regeneration kit includes at least three elements, wherein each of the components of the described composition: the monomer (A), the polymer powder (B) and the polymerisation initiator (C) are separate and are contained in the elements in a chosen combination.

EFFECT: creation of a composition and a kit for hard tissue regeneration with excellent permeability for an adhesive and excellent adhesion to an adhesive.
