FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: prosthesis comprising a prosthesis receiving sleeve designed to accommodate the amputation stump, with a fastening device at its distal end to retain the artificial limb. The fastening device has a flat base portion with an annular edge and fastening means positioned rotatably about a longitudinal axis extending perpendicularly to the plane base portion and serving for artificial limb fastening , which is capable of fixing in a prescribed angular position relative to the base portin by the fastening means. The annular edge surrounds the fastening means circular perimeter with a guiding possibility. The base portion has its annular edge embedded without a possibility of screwing into the distal end of the prosthesis sleeve. The fastening device is intended for angular position fixation due to the axial force exerted by at least one screw connection, which is operated from the lower distal side of the prosthesis sleeve.
EFFECT: improved prosthesis control capabilities.
