FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: inventive optocoupler contains an emitter, a photoreceiving element fixed on the body, wherein a ball lamp is used as a light emitter, a battery of solar cells is used as a photoreceiving element, the body is made in the form of a pipe made of the dielectric material, on the outer lateral surface of which there are capacity distributors. The inventive optocoupler additionally includes a spherical reflecting surface, that has a hole on the lateral surface in the form of a circle and a lens with the ellipsoidal surface. The spherical reflecting surface, the lens with the ellipsoidal surface, the ball lamp and the battery of solar cells are located on one optical axis coinciding with the body axis. At one end of the body there are a spherical reflecting surface, a lens with the ellipsoidal surface and a ball lamp, while at the second end - a battery of solar cells. The ball lamp is located in the center of the spherical reflecting surface, the lens with the ellipsoidal surface is located in the hole of the ball spherical surface. The internal surfaces of the spherical reflecting surface and the body are mirrored, the battery of solar cells is made on the basis of the multilayer structures providing a cascade conversion of the ball lamp optical radiation.
EFFECT: increasing capacity, electric strength and reducing energy losses in the optocoupler.
