FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: according to the proposed method, the height of the patient (4) located on a seat (3) opposite the digital single-lens reflex camera (1) and the distance between the tip of the nose and the horizontal bar (5) are measured by height metre (2) and the same values of these quantities are provided during all photoshoots with this patient (4), leaving other conditions of photoshoot unchanged. Front projection is chosen as the main one, and photoshoots are additionally performed in at least one of the two lateral projections of the face, which axes constitute an acute angle, preferably from 21° to 25°, relative to the axis of the front projection. At the same time, horizontal and vertical placement of the digital single-lens reflex camera (1) is left unchanged. As a result of the computer processing, at least one additional quantitative parameter based on calculation of the dark pixels is obtained. The device comprises the height metre (2) provided with the seat (3), a vertical bar (6) is fixed to the horizontal bar of the height metre. The height metre (2) and the seat (3) are arranged together with the stationary vertical support (7) with the digital single-lens reflex camera (1) on the common base (8). The digital single-lens reflex camera (1) is placed on shaped horizontal bar (9), formed preferably as a slider, so that it can be fixed in the middle of the shaped horizontal plate (9) for photoshooting in the front projection and in its two branches for photoshooting in the lateral projections of the patient's (4) face, which axes constitute an acute angle relative to the axis of the front projection.
EFFECT: increased objectivity of controlling changes in facial skin defects before and after performing procedures of defect correction.
