FIELD: heating, ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elastomeric or polymeric seal assembly which comprises an annular elastomeric or polymeric sealing member. The inner peripheral surface of the sealing member is sealingly connected with the first component. The sealing element abuts upon the annular radial surface of the second component, and the outer peripheral surface of the sealing member is sealingly connected with the inner peripheral surface of the second component. A ventilation aperture provided in the inner peripheral surface of the second component is adjacent to the radial surface to ventilate the space between the outer peripheral surface of the sealing member and the inner peripheral surface of the second component. Wherein the entry into the ventilation aperture is determined by an annular groove in the inner peripheral surface of the second component, the annular element with spiral winding is provided in the annular groove to prevent the displacement of the sealing member into the ventilation aperture. The element with spiral winding is formed from a strip of the material of the elongate portion, the adjacent material windings being spaced apart.
EFFECT: invention improves the connection reliability of the ventilation design.
