SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methanol synthesis, which comprises positioned at the synthetic gas supply line methanol synthesis units, each consisting of a device for cooling, separation, recovery heating of the synthetic gas and cooled catalytic reactor, and a device for exhaust gas cooling and separating equipped with an exhaust gas supply line. Thus as devices for cooling, separation, and the recovery heating, dephlegmators are installed equipped with at least two heat-mass-exchange sections; as a device for exhaust gascooling and separation, dephlegmator is installed equipped with at least one heat and mass exchange section, and in the exhaust gas supplying line, absorber is installed equipped with an exhaust gas output line and input line of circulating crude methanol as absorbent, on where the recovery heat exchanger and a refrigerator are installed, as well as the output line of crude methanol, saturated with carbon dioxide gas to the center portion of the dephlegmator installed after the first reactor, on which the recovery heat exchanger is installed.
EFFECT: unit allows to obtain methanol with high yield.
