FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a low temperature methanol production unit comprising a hydrocarbon feed conversion unit consisting of a converter and a water treatment unit and a methanol synthesis unit consisting of at least one methanol synthesis unit that comprises a device for cooling, separating, recuperation heating of synthesis gas and a cooled synthesis gas converter, also comprising a methanol recovery device equipped with lines for supplying exhaust gas for combustion and discharging methanol from the plant. Thus, as the converter, the low temperature converter of hydrocarbons is set, as a converter syngas, the catalytic reactor is installed and equipped with a line input/output feed mixture and water which has been preheated in a device for allocation of methanol as the refrigerant, at which after methanol synthesis unit, a heating device is installed for heat recovery and separation, equipped with a purge line supplying water into the water treatment unit and the input/output line of the synthesis gas, in which before synthesis unit methanol device is installed to separate the methane feed lines equipped with condensation water in the water treatment unit and the methane withdrawal line associated with the exhaust gas supply line.
EFFECT: proposed installation allows to reduce fuel consumption for obtaining the target product.
