FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: recombinant baculovirus for recombinant protein expression, a transfer vector, a cloning vector and a nucleic acid sequence suitable for obtaining of the said baculovirus, and application there of are proposed, as well as a host cell and a method for recombinant protein production. The proposed recombinant baculovirus contains a nucleic acid sequence, which provides IE-1 or IE-0 protein expression at a level greater than the endogenous level, recombinant homologous region as an enhancer region operable linked to a promoter and a nucleic acid sequence encoding the recombinant protein. Thestructure of the proposed baculovirus provides an increased expression level of the target recombinant protein.

EFFECT: group of inventions can be used for production of recombinant proteins using baculovirus vector expression systems in insect cells.
