SUBSTANCE: method for real-time PCR for cattle genotyping for DGAT1 gene A and K alleles is described, characterised by application of 5'-fluorescent-labeled direct A-allele-specific primer DGAT1-A: 5'-ROX-CGTAGCTTTGGCAGGTAAAGC-3'(SEQ ID NO: 1), 5'-fluorescence-labeled direct K-allele-specific primer DGAT1-K: 5'-Cy5-CGTAGCTTTGGCAGGTAACAA-3' (SEQ ID NO: 2), reverse common primer DGAT1 -R: 5'-GGCAGCTCCCCGGTTGG-3 '(SEQ ID NO: 3), the DGAT1-S anti-primer labeled with a fluorescence quenching agent at the 3' end of the oligonucleotide: 5'-ACCTGCCAAAGCTACG-3'-BHQ2 (SEQ ID NO: 4).
EFFECT: invention presents an effective method for cattle genotyping for DGAT1 gene based on real-time PCR with hybridization-fluorescent detection.
