SUBSTANCE: immortalized stem cells obtained by isolation of stem cells selected from the group consisting of mesenchymal mammalian cells and somatic cells, by primary cells culturing to obtain the first-stage culture cells, transfection of four gene types into the first culture stage cells to obtain transgenic cells and select the desired immortalized stem cell among transgenic cells using STRO-1 expression as an index. Also a drug composition and a drug preparation for damaged tissue restoration, which contain immortalized stem cells culture supernatant as an active ingredient. The invention allows to obtain immortalized stem cells that produce a growth factor capable of regenerating various kinds of tissues that have been damaged due to various causes, and a method for production of the above immortalized stem cells.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of drugs to repair the damaged tissue and methods for culture supernatant absorbtion.
