SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biochemistry, particularly to a method of stimulating reparative angiogenesis and skin regeneration with damage in veterinary science in dogs. Also disclosed is a genetic DNA construct for use in said method, which is a two-cassette expression plasmid, implemented based on the vector pBudCE4.1, in the DNA construct cloned genes, stimulating expression of dog-specific protein factors, namely vascular endothelial growth factor of isoform 164 (VEGF164) and fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2).

EFFECT: invention enables effective stimulation of reparative angiogenesis and skin regeneration with its damage in veterinary science in dogs.
