FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to strips winding during processing thereof. The device comprises a winding drum (1) with an element (2) of the shaft and radially displaceable segments (16) positioned at the element (2) of the shaft for winding and unwinding the strip material, a servo drive (26) for unclamping or clamping the segments and a rotary drive (5) for rotating the winding drum. A moving device (60) is provided for axial movement of the servo drive (26) together with the winding drum (1).
EFFECT: design simplification and cost reduction.
