SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process of production of seamless hot-rolled machined tubes with dimensions of 530x25-28 mm for nuclear power facilities of steel grade "08Х18Н10-Ш". The method includes casting of hollow ingots with electroslag remelting of 670x2100±50 mm, boring and turning them into hollow ingots-billets with a size of 650x300inx2100±50 mm, heating ingots in the process furnace to a temperature of 1250-1260°C, the issuance of ingot-blanks from the furnace, the supply of lubricant from two ends into ingots-billets from a mixture of graphite and common salt in a ratio of 50/50 mass = 1000-1250 g, piercing-rolling-out of ingots-billets in a mill of transversely-screw rolling into sleeves of size 680x505inx3220-3380 mm, rolling of thermowells on TPU 8-16ʺ with pilgrim mills into hot-rolled pipes measuring 550x45x5800-6200 mm, piece of technological waste - seeding ends and pilgrim heads with a hot cutting saw, straightening in a six-high-speed correct machine using the temperature of rolling heating for 2-3 passes to a curvature of not more than 6.0 mm for the total length of pipes, heat treatment of pipes - austenisation, machining - boring and turning of hot-rolled pipes 550x45x5800-6200 mm in commodity pipes in the size 530x25-28x5800-6200 mm.
EFFECT: reduction of a metal consumption coefficient.
