SUBSTANCE: method comprises the casting of hollow ingots by electroslag remelting with 670×OD size.280×1550±50 mm, boring and turning them into hollow cakes with 650×OD size 300×1550±50 mm, heating of the cakes in a continuous furnace to a temperature of 1250-1260°C, drawing of the cakes from the furnace, greaseing of the cakes from both ends with a 50/50 mixture of graphite with sodium chloride with weight = 1000-1250 g, piercing-rolling of the cakes at helical rolling mill in sleeves with 680×OD size.525×2630-2800 mm, rolling of the sleeves on TPU 8-16" with Pilger mills into the tube stocks with 550×30×5900-6200 mm size, cutting of technological wastes, flattening in a six-roller flattening machine to the curvature of not more than 6.0 mm per total length of pipes, austenitization, mechanical treatment - boring and turning of hot-rolled tube stocks with 550×30×5900-6200 mm size into trade pipes with 530×8-12×5900-6200 mm size.
EFFECT: expansion of the product mix by mastering the production of seamless tubes for nuclear power facilities.
