FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises loading the powder into the powder feeder, melting the powder in a plasma torch, coating the melt on the front surface of the product. Preliminarily, the plasma-generating gas argon is introduced into the powder feeder, and then argon together with the glaze powder is fed into the plasma torch. Coating the melt on the front surface of the product is performed at the plasmatron power output of 12 kW and at the glaze powder consumption of 1.25-1.50 g/min.
EFFECT: increasing frost resistance, reducing stresses in the coating.
