FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing coatings on blocked foam glass. Glase powder is fed by a powder feeder into the plasma burner of a plasmatron. Plasma sputtering of the glase onto the front surface of the blocked foam glass is carried out. Plasma sputtering of the glase powder is carried out at plasmatron power of 10 kW, speed of propagation of the plasma burner of 0.1 m/s and glase powder consumption rate of 3.00-3.25 g/s.
EFFECT: high coating quality, faster process of obtaining coating and low power consumption.
