SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a rubber band 10 wiper, its production method, a wiper and an application of the rubber band wiper. The rubber band 10 is made of elastomeric material and has a base part 12 and working part 13 with a working edge 14. Above the working edge 14 the working part of the rubber band 13 has a weakening 15 in the material along the longitudinal axis 16 of the rubber band. The old working edge just tears away after wearing off to form a new working edge.
EFFECT: invention is a rubber band wiper which is used to extend the service life of the wiper.
