SUBSTANCE: method of bulls spermium survival growth at cryoconservation involves holding the spermium during 4 hours at temperature 38.5°C in the medium, containing the capacitation inducers. Then cool up to 18-22°C, provide the final dilution and packing, maintained at 4°C during 3-4 hours, cool for 7.5 minutes up to -145°C and put into the liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: sharp increase of the spermium survival.
