FIELD: weapons and ammunition supplies.
SUBSTANCE: at least three cable winches are installed with an ability to rotate with respect to the vertical axis. Slide rails with a target installed thereon are made in the form of plates with outer convex curvilinear profile. In the plate center an upright axis stand is placed, containing, in turn, at least three nodes of cable engagement that can be rotated around this axis, as well as a platform for target attachment. Winch drives are made with a possibility of frequency and rotation direction infinite control through the control equipment computer. Tractive effort is applied to the slide rails alternately in different directions.
EFFECT: providing of the ability to control target movement speed and direction.
