SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics and can be used in creation of manipulator drives. Structural features of the proposed device allow movement of the working tool intended for cleaning in any direction along the cleaned surface of the ship hull with provision of the specified position of the working tool relative to this surface.
EFFECT: provides for cleaning of external surfaces of ship hulls without their putting into dry dock and without manual labor usage.
