SUBSTANCE: device for creating a fluid rigid foam to prevent and extinguish a fire in a coal mine contains basic aggregate machine, automatically replenished fluid storage reservoir, solution mixing system, injection pistol and the corresponding system of the connecting pipe, the valve, three-way valve, pressure sensor and flowmeter are appropriately disposed on the pipeline; and the main aggregate machine includes a two-tier structure of the machine frame, at that, the lower tier of the machine frame is equipped with an air compressor, smart control panel and screw pump, and the top tier of the machine frame is equipped with a foaming pipe and mixing tube. The fluid rigid foam formed by the device has the advantage of a good distributed small bubbles, high coefficient of foaming and good foam stability performance; and the device has the ideal system functions, smooth circulation of the solution, is easy and reliable in use, can be well adapted to the difficult conditions of a coal mine and quickly and continuously create a fluid rigid foam, and is used in coal mines to stop leaks, oxygen insulation and fire prevention and fighting.
