FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: product-facing composite film of the multi-layer packaging film comprises a barrier adhesive layer and a thermosealing layer, bonded to opposite sides of roll barrier layer comprising an amorphous bio-based polymer. Thermosealing layer comprises a thermosealing bio-based crystalline polymer with the first melting point and the second melting point which is lower than the first melting point.
EFFECT: creation of a flexible biodegradable film manufactured from renewable resources, that is safe for food and has barrier properties, and appropriate properties of sealability and coefficient of friction for its use in vertical form-fill-seal machines.
