SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in cardiology and cardiac surgery. A preoperative examination of the patient is carried out with the determination of clinical predictors, which include the presence of diabetes mellitus and multifocal atherosclerosis. Then, adherence to secondary prevention measures is additionally established, and in case of non-compliance with at least one of the parameters, adherence to secondary prevention measures is considered low, and if all parameters are met, adherence is considered high. At the same time, if one of the clinical predictors is identified and adherence to secondary prevention measures is high, the risk of angina recurrence is regarded as low. If one of the clinical predictors is identified and adherence to secondary prevention measures is low, as well as in the presence of diabetes mellitus and multifocal atherosclerosis, regardless of adherence to secondary prevention measures, the risk of angina recurrence is high.

EFFECT: method improves the accuracy of predicting the risk of angina recurrence in patients with diffuse lesions of the coronary arteries by taking into account diabetes mellitus, multifocal atherosclerosis, as well as adherence to secondary prevention measures.
