Determine the presence of type 2 diabetes, heredity, burdened with IHD, LDL cholesterol, factor of smoking and, additionally, the presence of polymorphisms of the receptor activator gene of peroxisome proliferation PPAR-γ2 and PPAR-α and the number of affected coronary arteries at the time of manifestation of the disease. Then, calculate the discriminant function according to the original formula and, with its positive values, predict CC in patients with IHD, with its negative values, the absence of CC.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict the CC in patients with IHD with different coronary artery disease severity with high accuracy, which allows selecting a priority group of patients for personalized secondary prevention of adverse CC.
