The method consists of deploying a single-position radio wave detection device on a three-way fork in the roads so that its detection zone (DZ) crosses three diverging roads; the choice of the main road, the appearance on which the offender should be determined separately from the other two roads, to this road the DZ axis is oriented at right angles to the other two roads - at an angle other than the straight; Issuance of one or two alarms for SC in the case of the violator's movement through the fork of the roads with the crossing of the DZ SC; The analysis of the sign of the doppler addition of the frequency of the reflected signal at the output of the SC signal processing circuit during the entire time the intruder was in his DZ; in the subsequent application of the algorithm for determining the direction of motion of the intruder by the presence of a single reflected signal with alternating, positive or negative doppler frequency addition or a combination of two such signals, received within a specified time interval, taking into account the SC deployment scheme. The method includes the preparatory stage with the deployment according to the developed scheme of the DD and the main stage, which begins from the moment of the intruder's entry into the DZ of the DDSC during which it is detected and the direction of his movement is determined. At the same time, the accuracy of indicating the direction of motion of the detected intruder is improved (depending on the choice of the main road, six out of twelve possible directions of travel are separately determined, six in pairs, or all twelve in pairs) using only one single-position radio-wave detection means.
