Method involves sampling and transportation to laboratory animal biological fluid sample, extraction and analysis of DNA, specification of genotypes of tested species on mononucleotide polymorphism of genes POU1F1, BLG and weaver followed by restriction analysis, separation and visualization of PCR-RFLP products and selection of animal with combination of genotypes of genes weaver/BLG/POU1F1 for further use in milk production and selection work.

EFFECT: using declared method in the field of agriculture considerably improves reliability of results of sampling.
