FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: locust pseudoacacia seed oil is obtained by treating the locust pseudoacacia seeds collected in October by means of the method of supercritical fluid extraction by carbon dioxide. Locust pseudoacacia seeds ground to the particle size of 3.0-4.0 mm are used, and the extraction is performed during 50 minutes under the pressure of 300 atmospheres, at the temperature of 40°C and the carbon dioxide flow rate of 40 g/min.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining locust pseudoacacia seed oil comprising palmitic acid in a higher yield, with the simultaneous extraction of four other fatty acids.
