FIELD: fat and oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing grape kernel oil, involving removal of impurities from kernels, grinding and treatment with supercritical carbon dioxide at high pressures and temperatures, and for production of high-quality unrefined grape oil with high extraction yield, grapes seeds crushed to 0.25–0.45 mm fraction under pressure of carbon dioxide of 350 atm, temperature of 40–50 °C, fluid flow rate is 50 g/min and extraction duration is 60 minutes. According to the second version, method for production of grape kernels oil and wax, including removal of impurities from kernels, grinding and treatment with supercritical carbon dioxide at high pressures and temperatures, and to obtain fatty oil and natural wax with high extraction yield, grape kernels are ground to fractions of 0.25–0.45 mm under pressure of carbon dioxide of 450 atm, temperature of 60 °C, fluid flow rate of 50 g/min and duration of 60 minutes, and then oil from wax is separated by centrifugation.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the process of producing oil from grape kernels of supercritical fluid extraction by eliminating the use of co-solvent, increase of oil yield by selection of extraction conditions—degree of grapes grains milling, pressure, temperature and time.
