SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydroconversion catalyst comprising zeolite, to the method for its obtaining and to the method of hydrocarbon mixtures hydroconversion, in which the catalyst is used. The catalyst comprises a carrier comprising at least one binder and a zeolite selected from FAU and/or BEA, phosphorus, at least one dialkyl succinate C1-C4, acetic acid and a functional group with hydrogenation-dehydrogenation ability containing at least Mo and Ni. In the Raman spectrum of the catalyst, the characteristic bands of at least one Keggin heteropolyanion in the area of 990 cm-1, the characteristic band of acetic acid in the area of 896 cm-1 and the characteristic bands of said succinate are present.
EFFECT: expansion of the hydroconversion catalyst arsenal.
