FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst with an additive γ-ketovaleric acid, to method of its production and its use in hydrotreatment and/or hydrocracking. Hydrofining and/or hydrocracking catalyst of hydrocarbon-containing fractions contains a substrate based on aluminium oxide, or silicon oxide, or aluminosilicate, at least one element of group VIII, at least one element of group VIB, and γ-ketovaleric acid, and additionally containing phosphorus, wherein content of phosphorus, expressed in terms of P2O5, ranges from 0.1 to 20 wt. % of the total weight of the catalyst, and the molar ratio of content of phosphorus and element of group VIB in the catalyst is greater than or equal to 0.05. Method of producing the described catalyst involves the following steps: a) bringing at least one component containing a VIB group element, at least one component containing a group VIII element, γ-ketovaleric acid, as well as phosphorus, into contact with aluminium oxide-based substrate, or silicon oxide or aluminosilicate, or bringing regenerated catalyst containing substrate based on aluminium oxide, or silicon oxide, or aluminosilicate, at least one compound of VIB group element, at least one compound of group VIII element, as well as phosphorus, into contact with γ-ketovaleric acid, to obtain a catalyst precursor, b) drying said catalyst precursor obtained in step a) at temperature lower than 200 °C, without subsequent annealing. Described catalyst is used in a hydrotreating and/or hydrocracking method of hydrocarbon fractions.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining a catalyst for hydrotreatment and/or hydrocracking with improved catalytic characteristics.
