FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst for hydrofining and / or hydrocracking of hydrocarbon fractions, a method for production thereof and use thereof. Catalyst contains substrate based on aluminium oxide, or silicon oxide, or aluminosilicate, at least one element of group VIII, at least one element of group VIB and at least one additive selected from γ-valerolactone, 4-hydroxyvaleric acid, 2-pentenoic acid, 3-pentenoic acid or 4-pentenoic acid. Total molar ratio of said additive or additives to element(s) of group VIB in catalyst precursor ranges from 0.2 to 2.0 mol/mol in terms of components added to impregnating solution or solutions, and the total molar ratio of said additive or additives to element(s) of group VIII in catalyst precursor ranges from 0.1 to 5.0 mol/mol in terms of components added to impregnating solution or solutions. Said catalyst is at least partially sulphided. Method of producing catalyst includes following steps: a) bringing at least one component containing a VIB group element, at least one component containing a group VIII element, at least one additive selected from γ-valerolactone, 4-hydroxyvaleric acid, 2-pentenoic acid, 3-pentenoic acid or 4-pentenoic acid, and, optionally, phosphorus in contact with substrate or bringing regenerated catalyst containing substrate based on aluminium oxide, or silicon oxide, or aluminosilicate, at least one component containing element of group VIB, at least one component containing element of group VIII and, optionally, phosphorus, in contact with at least one additive selected from γ-valerolactone, 4-hydroxyvaleric acid, 2-pentenoic acid, 3-pentenoic acid or 4-pentenoic acid to obtain a catalyst precursor, b) drying said catalyst precursor obtained in step a) at temperature lower than 200 °C, without subsequent annealing; c) at least partial sulphidisation of the obtained catalyst ex situ or in situ.
EFFECT: technical result is production of new hydrotreatment and/or hydrocracking catalysts with improved characteristics.
