FIELD: treatment plants.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet dust separation and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light and other industries for purification of gases. Nozzle scrubber comprises housing with nozzles for dusty and cleaned gas, sprinkler with nozzles, support grids between which nozzle if arranged, and slime discharge device. Nozzle has toroidal shape, circle in section, in which has stopped mortises on both sides of diameter. Atomizer nozzle is made with perforated spraying disc and comprises cylindrical housing with damper, rigidly connected to housing, coaxially located in upper part of housing and having cylindrical hole for liquid supply, connected with diffuser, axially symmetric to housing and union. To housing, in its lower part, by means of at least three spokes sprayer is connected, located perpendicular housing axis and made in form of perforated disc. On spokes the propeller type elements are installed.

EFFECT: technical result is upgraded dust removal efficiency and reliability, reduced metal consumption and vibroacoustic activity of device in general.
