FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of dust collection and can be used in chemical, textile, food, light industry for cleaning dusty gases. Three-stage dust removal system contains a series-connected inertia dust collector, a cyclone dust collector and a scrubber. Inertial dust precipitator comprises a housing with barrier elements, a dusty gas flow inlet, a dust collecting bin and an outlet for cleaned gas. Cyclone comprises a body of cylindrical and conical parts, a screw cap mounted from the outer part of the body and an exhaust pipe connected in series with the cochlea. Scrubber comprises housing with dusty and cleaned gas branch pipes, sprinkler, support grids with nozzle arranged there between, and sludge removing device.

EFFECT: improving the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process, as well as the reduction of metal consumption and vibroacoustic activity of the apparatus.
