FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed biologically active additive (BAA) to food contains 60-40% of common aspen bark powder with the fraction of 0.01-0.001 mm and 40-60% of birch mushroom chaga powder with the fraction of 0.01-0.001 mm. The BAA is obtained as a result of two-stage mechanical treatment.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain a biologically active additive to food, which has a pronounced antiparasitic, in particular anti-giardiasis, activity, and also can effectively reduce the concentration of uric acid salts in the blood serum.
