SUBSTANCE: device for tissue implant fixation includes an element defining at least two holes and a suture containing a knot and a loop that are formed by the end of the suture. The suture is passed down through the second hole and up through the first hole forming the first suture loop, bent over itself, around the length of the suture material extending upward from the second hole and passed down through the first hole, forming the first interconnected loop, passed up through the second hole, forming the second suture loop, passed through the first interconnected loop, bent over itself and passed back down through the second hole, forming the second interconnected loop, interconnected with the first one, passed up through the first hole, forming the third suture loop, and passed through the second interconnected loop. The method of tissue implant fixation involves suture material attachment to the tissue implant, adjustment of the suture material length between the fixation member and the tissue implant by pulling the suture.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to minimize the distance between the implant fixation element and the implant.
