FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: system consists of a water reservoir located along the border, on the banks of which plates with blinds are installed with the possibility to be rotated about the vertical axis and the inclined vertical plane. The system comprises a water pipe with superfine sprayers and a pump communicating with a heliator having a charge accumulator. The system has an additional heliator made in the form of a multi-tier system of blackened cylinders tethered to each other, arranged in the form of a number of tiers installed above each other, on which the system of grounded emitter wires displaying corona in the electric field of the earth is arranged. Each cylinder has an air duct communicated through a choke with a pressure gauge with a pump operating in the hydro mode and in the compressor mode, and the emitters of electrons are communicated with the charge accumulator.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of regulating microclimate of agricultural fields in the period of prolonged drought.
