FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to production of sheet from textured electrical steel. Sheet of textured electrical steel, having a main ceramic coating on its surface, in which the difference in concentrations of O, Si, Mg, Al, Mn, P, Ca and Ti on the front and back surfaces of the main ceramic coating with respect to the average concentration of each of said elements on the front and back surfaces of said coating is: each element from O, Si and Mg: within ±5 %, one or more elements from Al, Mn and P: within ±15 %, one or more elements from Ca and Ti: within ±20 %. Method of making a sheet from textured electrical steel includes hot rolling of steel material, at least one cold rolling with intermediate annealing, decarburizing annealing in combination with annealing of primary recrystallisation, application of an annealing separator, final annealing with formation of main ceramic coating, and at least one of processes selected from annealing-straightening, formation of insulation coating and surface treatment with separation of magnetic domains for formation of end product in form of sheet. After decarbonisation annealing in combination with annealing of primary recrystallisation, the required difference in concentrations of O, Si, Al, Mn and P on the front and back surfaces of the said sheet is provided relative to the concentration of each of the said elements on the front and back surfaces of the said sheet. Final annealing is performed in modes providing the required difference in concentrations of O, Si, Mg, Al, Mn, P, Ca and Ti on the front and back surfaces of the main ceramic coating relative to the average concentration of each of said elements on the front and back surfaces of said coating.
EFFECT: improved properties of coating and magnetic properties of sheet.
