FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: heat-resistant multilayer coating on a product of carbon-carbon composite material comprises a layer of ZrN, applied on the product, the middle layer of Ni22Cr10AlY and an outer heat-insulating layer based on a system of aluminium oxide - titanium oxide. The outer layer further comprises lanthanum hexaboride in the following ratio of components in the layer, wt %: lanthanum hexaboride (LaB6) 0.5-5.0, titanium oxide (TiO2) 2.0-3.0, alumina (Al2O3) - the rest, wherein the thickness of the coating layers: a layer of ZrN, Ni22Cr10AlY layer and a layer of Al2O3-TiO2-LaB6 refer to each other as 1:2.5:5.
EFFECT: increase in hardness of the coating and its adhesion to the substrate when the coating density and reducing the thermal expansion coefficient.
