FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: dual-circuit gas laser contains laser camera placed inside hollow the ditch with windows, transparent to the optical radiation and equipped with a shutter with position sensor and cooling device managed by the unit. Two contour active circulation medium pass through cavity trays, each of which includes the supercharger with the control unit and heating with the heater and temperature sensor connected to the control unit. One of the paths is equipped with a pressure sensor. Outside the laser chamber there are pump sources with a control unit, a system for focusing and delivering radiation into the cavity of the cuvette. The cuvette contains optical means located on the same optical axis with the cuvette windows, actuators with position sensors and an alignment laser. The control units of the superchargers of the active environment of the circuits, the heating, the pumping sources and the cooling of the windows of the cuvette are combined into a single automated control system, which also includes a controller for controlling the units in accordance with the software and connected to it via an input/output channel via a network switch computing module. Consistently connected to the controller module, communication module with control unit pump sources of radiation, analog input module associated with pressure and temperature sensor, relay output module associated with contactor control unit heating, discrete output module associated with solid state relays and relay heating control unit adjustment of the laser, as well as with contactor control unit cooled by windows of the cuvettes, discrete i/o module associated with signal conductor position sensors, actuators and shutter of the cuvettes windows. The flow switch of the cuvette window cooling device is connected to a digital input module. The potential multiplication module is connected to the common conductor of position sensors.
EFFECT: making it easier to operate the laser.
