FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for bladder cancer treatment without muscle invasion comprises administration of an effective amount of composition containing nanoparticles, including paclitaxel and albumin. The average size of composition nanoparticles is no more than 200 nm. The composition is administered intravesicularly at a dose of 100 to 600 mg. The method for platinum-refractory bladder cancer treatment involves administration of an effective amount of composition containing nanoparticles, including paclitaxel and albumin. The composition is administered simultaneously with an effective amount of carboplatin and an effective amount of gemcitabine. Carboplatin is administered intravenously with AUC 5-6 and gemcitabine is administered intravenously at a dose of 800-1000 mg/m2.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions allows to increase the efficacy of bladder cancer treatment.
