For this purpose an effective quantity of composition, containing nanoparticles of taxane and albumin, and a hedgehog inhibitor are introduced to the patient. Sets for cancer treatment are also claimed.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to improve the delivery of taxane to the tumour due to the application of the hedgehog inhibitor in a combination with the composition of the taxane/albumin nanoparticles.
