SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for the treatment of cancer. Effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising nanoparticles containing rapamycin and a carrier protein is used. Composition is administered together with a second therapy comprising a therapeutic agent selected from an anti-metabolic agent, a topoisomerase inhibitor, an AKT kinase inhibitor and a tyrosine kinase inhibitor.
EFFECT: method provides for the inhibition of tumor growth and reduction of their volume.
