SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new process for preparation of a formula (I) compound, wherein R¹ and R² are independently selected from hydrogen, C_1-6alkyl, C_3-7cycloalkyl, C_3-6alkenyl or phenyl, at that, C_1-6alkyl, cycloalkyl, C_3-6alkenyl or phenyl may be optionally substituted and have halogen, hydroxyl, C_1-6alkoxycarbonyl or phenyl as substituents, or R¹ and R² together with the carbon atom, to which they are attached, form C_3-7cycloalkyl, comprising the following steps: a) protection of 3-aminopyrazole to form a formula (II) compound, where R³ represents C_1-6alkyl, cycloalkyl or phenyl; b) 1-replacement of protected 3-aminopyrazole of formula (II) with a formula (III) compound and c) hydrolysis of protected 3-aminopyrazole of formula (III) in the presence of a base to form a formula (I) compound. The invention also relates to a new intermediate compound of formula II, wherein R¹, R² and R³ are methyl.

EFFECT: compounds prepared according to the invention can be used in synthesis and manufacture of compounds suitable for treatment of diseases or conditions associated with actin polymerization inhibition.
