MODULAR DEVICE FOR THIN LAYER OF PURIFYING MINE WATER FROM SUSPENDED PARTICLES Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC B01D21/02 

FIELD: treatment plants.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning water from suspended particles and can be used in dressing of minerals and purifying mine water. Device includes frame, tank for accumulation of sludge and sludge discharge mechanism from tank. Device framework is made according to form of vessel section, where it is placed, edges of which are closed and have fastening on them for retention of device in reservoir, and brackets at top. Inside frame plates are mounted parallel to each other at distance of 40-50 mm. Central plates are made different in size, integral with bending angle of 80-90°, hinge bushings are rigidly fixed on both sides aflush with edges and coated with electrically neutral material. Shifted from centre plates have bushings on top ends, inclination angle of plates to horizontal plane makes 45-50°. Between boards and bottom edges of plates there are gaps, equal to inter plate distance, closed against direct water flow with front and rear protective plates. At side walls there are chamfers at angle of 45-50° to horizontal plane. Central plates attachment to frame is made with rigidly fixed on frame front and rear central stands with holes for hinged connection, fixation of displaced plates is directly to upper ribs of frame by axes with pins.

EFFECT: technical result is simplified design, ease of manufacture and assembly.
