FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of high-magnetic strip electric steel with oriented structure. Steel contains, wt. %: 2.0–4.0 Si, 0.010–0.100 C, ≤ 0.065 Al, ≤ 0.02 N, optionally additional elements, Fe and unavoidable impurities is the balance, is treated by a standard method for producing a cold-rolled strip which is subjected to oxidative/primary recrystallization annealing to form an oxide layer, then, using Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy, the spectrum of the obtained oxide layer is picked up and the area (Fe2SiO4) for the peak, which is Fe2SiO4 molecules in the oxide layer and is found at 980 cm-1, is determined on it, as well as area (α-SiO2) for peak, which is present in oxide layer of α-SiO2 molecule αand is at 1250 cm-1. Composition of steel, modes of cold rolling, oxidizing/primary recrystallization annealing, and optional annealing of hot-rolled strip is controlled when the following condition is met: 0.5 x area (Fe2SiO4) ≤ area (α-SiO2) ≤ 2 x area (Fe2SiO4). Annealing separator layer is applied on the strip with an oxide layer and high-temperature annealing is performed to form a layer of forsterite, on which an insulating layer is applied and final annealing is performed.
EFFECT: invention discloses a method of producing strip-oriented electrical steel with an oriented structure and strip electrotechnical steel with an oriented structure.
